What is this?
It’s a new kind of art+entertainment experience that combines elements of large-scale Burning Man style art, immersive theater, escape room, children’s museum and haunted house.
How do I get tickets?
Visit the ‘Tickets’ page for details. We have switched to Timed Ticketing in order to minimize wait times and ensure everyone can experience Otherworld as intended. When purchasing a ticket you will be required to select an arrival time at checkout. If you purchased a ticket prior to March 2 then your ticket will still be honored for any date and time. Tickets are now available online only and will no longer be available for purchase at the door. Thanks for your understanding as we work to make your journey into the Otherworld the best it can be!
What happens if I miss my ticket time?
If you are late for your ticket time we will try to fit you in at the next available time slot, but there are no guarantees. Worst case we can reschedule you for a later date.
When should I arrive for my ticket time?
We recommend arriving five minutes prior to your scheduled experience start time.
How long does it take to experience?
Plan for your visit to range anywhere from 1-3 hours. This really depends on how interactive your group is getting and how deep you’re looking to go. You may explore for as long as you’d like, but you must arrive at your scheduled time.
Is this kid friendly?
Definitely, the experience was designed for people of all ages and makes for a great family outing! That said, some areas are darker, but these rooms can be avoided. Children under 16 must be accompanied by adult.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer discounts for military, seniors and children. For groups of 20 or more, discount pricing is available when tickets are purchased in advance.

Otherworld is the creation of over 100 artists, builders and engineers. Learn more about the creative team here.
How long are the lines?
We switched to Timed Ticketing to greatly reduce the wait time. Lines will be minimal as long as you purchase tickets in advance and arrive at your scheduled start time.
Is it handicap accessible?
Yes, all of the exhibits are handicap accessible! Some areas feature nooks and crannies that require crawling, dipping, ducking and dodging but these account for less than 5% of the exhibits and there are plenty of bypasses.
Is this permanent or temporary?
We’ll be open indefinitely! As long as people keep showing up we’ll keep making cool stuff.

Can we take pictures?
For sure. Take as many pictures and videos as you’d like, we just ask that you turn the flash off to avoid bothering other visitors.

Is this scary?
The experience was not designed to be scary, although some areas are suspenseful and may not be favorited by small children. These darker areas can be easily avoided.
How long did this take to create?
Design began in August of 2017, construction started in June of 2018 and we plan to open Spring 2019!
Can we come in costume?
Yeah, costumes are fun. But, masks that fully cover your face are not allowed. Also, please leave large props in your car.
